Mat Classes
Service Description
This all-level group class provides a complete workout using your own body’s resistance. Props such as therabands, physioballs, etc. are used to enhance the work. The class is challenging, but you are encouraged to pay attention to your body and rest or challenge yourself as you see fit. The instructor doesn’t simply demonstrate the exercises or count the repetitions, but will keep an eye on everyone and provide some hands-on cues and adjustments as necessary to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Mat classes are a great option for someone with a little knowledge of the basics. No appointment is necessary, but please arrive early to get organized as space is limited. Bring your own mat or rent one from the studio for $1.
