PRIVATE SESSIONS

This is a great place to start or to advance your practice. One on one, in-depth instruction from a certified and experienced instructor making sure you get a session tailored to your specific needs.

REFORMER CLASSES

Got the basics of our style down? Join a class and have some company for your workout! 
It's ideal complete our introductory session to be cleared for the reformer class prior to booking. We want to make sure your class is safe and effective, so some Pilates experience is required. Not sure if you should sign up? Shoot us an email and we'll help you out.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

Want to bring a friend and cut costs, but still get a more personalized class? Semi-private sessions are two to three people with one instructor. Grab a friend or two and have the freedom to utilize the equipment, sprinkle in some mat work, and get a more custom class.

MAT CLASSES - in person and online options!

This all-level group class provides a complete workout using your own body’s resistance. Props such as therabands, physioballs, etc. may be used to enhance the work. The class is challenging, but you are encouraged to pay attention to your body and rest or challenge yourself as you see fit. The instructor doesn’t simply demonstrate the exercises or count the repetitions, but will keep an eye on everyone and provide some hands-on cues and adjustments as necessary to make sure you get the most out of your workout. Mat classes are a great option for someone with a little knowledge of the basics.
No appointment is necessary, but please arrive early to get organized as space is limited.  Bring your own mat or rent one from the studio for $1.

Live online classes take place on Zoom. A link will be sent with your purchase receipt.

GYROTONIC®

GYROTONIC® methodology allows users to stretch and strengthen muscles, while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the joints of the body. The exercises offer complete freedom of movement. Exercises are performed on the Professional Pulley Tower, and the system is fully adjustable and can meet the needs of many people with varying body types and levels of strength. The even and constant resistance in the handle unit and pulley tower completely eliminates the jarring that takes place at the beginning and end of exercises performed on conventional exercise equipment, when many injuries occur. The circular, spiraling and undulating movements that characterize the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® help to increase the functional capacity of the spine, contributing to a spherical and three-dimensional awareness, resulting in increased balance and equilibrium.

 

All GYROTONIC® sessions are scheduled one-on-one with an instructor.
