1:1 PRIVATE SESSIONS (55 mins)

Private Pilates sessions are the perfect place to start. whether you’re brand new or beginning again after time away.

​

In a one-on-one setting, you’ll work with a fully certified instructor who tailors each session to your body, goals, and needs, with clear, detailed alignment cues. You’ll use all Pilates apparatus, learn proper breathing to support strength and flexibility, and build focus, control, and body awareness. This personalized approach allows you to progress more quickly than in a group class while creating balanced strength, stretch, and ease that supports how your body moves in everyday life.

SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS (55 mins)

Duet Pilates sessions offer a personalized, supportive workout for you and a partner you choose.

 

A fully certified instructor guides both of you through a full-body session tailored to each of your needs, with individual alignment cues throughout. You’ll learn proper breathing, build focus, control, and precision, and move in sync to create balanced strength, stretch, and flow while improving overall movement quality and body awareness.

Please note: we do not pair clients. Duet partners should have similar fitness goals.

REFORMER CLASSES 9 max (50 mins)

Group Reformer classes offer a dynamic, full-body workout in a supportive group setting. A fully certified instructor leads the class as you move together through each exercise, focusing on proper breathing, control, precision, and flow to improve strength, alignment, energy, and overall movement quality, both in and out of the studio.

If you’re new to Pilates or returning after a long break, we strongly recommend completing an introductory Private Session before booking a Group Reformer Class. This allows us to make sure the class is safe, effective, and the right fit for you. If you’re unsure where to start, shoot us an email, we’re happy to help.

MAT PILATES CLASSES In-Person & Live on Zoom (50mins)

This all-levels mat class delivers a complete, challenging workout using your own body weight, with props like Therabands and physioballs occasionally added to deepen the work. You’re encouraged to listen to your body, rest when you need to, or take things up a notch when you’re ready.

Instructors actively watch each person, offering clear verbal guidance and hands-on cues in person to help you move with better alignment, control, and intention. Mat classes are a great option for clients with a basic understanding of Pilates fundamentals who want to build strength, mobility, and body awareness.

Please bring your own mat for in-person classes.

Live online classes take place on Zoom, and your class link will be sent with your purchase receipt.
