HOW DO I BOOK?

Booking a class or appointment online is easy! Head to the "schedule" link above. You have the option to book group classes or make an appointment for private sessions. Experience is required to join a reformer class to make sure you have a safe and effective experience in class!

Don't see an appointment time that works for you? Feel free to send an email to Jen and she can add you to the waitlist in the event of a cancellation.

Note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so schedule wisely as a late cancellation or reschedule will incur a charge. Eek!

WHERE DO I PARK? WHERE DO I GO? WHAT'S HAPPENING?

First off all, welcome to the new space! There's unmetered parking on Colorado and on the side streets. Please respect the neighbors!

Entrance is on Townsend Ave.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Bring some water, and some socks (grippy or regular. We have some available for purchase if you forget). If you're taking a mat class, bring a mat! Easy peasy.

When you schedule your first session or class, you'll get an email with a link to the online release form. It's quick and easy, so fill that sucker out and you'll be good to go!

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE ONLINE CLASSES?

I'm so glad you asked. The online classes are wonderful!

Sign up on MindBody (you can get there through the schedule link above). Make sure you have Zoom downloaded prior to class, it's free!

You will receive the link in your registration confirmation email so make sure you're opted in for email communication on your MindBody profile. Click the link to join the class! You'll be muted during class so everyone else can hear the teacher. You can choose to have your camera on or off!

WHAT IF THE CLASS TIMES DON'T WORK FOR ME?

Check out the On Demand Page to get Jennifer's recorded classes. Follow the link at the top of this page.

HOW LONG IS A PRIVATE PILATES SESSION? PILATES MAT CLASS?

Private sessions are 55 minutes long. All group classes clock in at 50 minutes.

DO THE INSTRUCTORS KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH A PERSON WITH INJURIES?

Each session is tailored to fit your individual needs and our teachers are well-aquainted with modifications to avoid bothersome injuries and, in some cases, help to relieve pain or correct the issue entirely.

WHEN IS THE STUDIO OPEN FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS?

We are open by appointment 7 days a week. Sessions can be scheduled as early as 7am and as late as 8pm during the week. We close a bit earlier Friday-Sunday, but feel free to request your desired time and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

WHAT LEVEL ARE THE MAT CLASSES?

The classes are for all levels so you're encouraged to be aware of your body and rest as needed during the classes. It's helpful to take an introductory private session before you jump into a class because there are some basic positions and verbal cues that will make the group classes more productive for you. There is a learning curve, so don't worry if it doesn't all gel completely in your first attempt!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something comfortable. Most people choose a tank top or tshirt and sweats or yoga type pants. Avoid anything too draped or too short! Please bring socks, but if you forget, we have some available for purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY SESSIONS OR CLASSES AFTER PURCHASING A SERIES?

Packages of classes are good for three months from the date of purchase.

DO I ALWAYS BOOK WITH THE SAME INSTRUCTOR?

That's totally up to you. A lot of people like the different perspectives that come with learning from a variety of instructors. If you're flexible with instructors, it's more likely you'll get your desired appointment time. However, if you find one person that is a perfect fit for you, we'll do what we can to accommodate you.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN?

That depends on your goals and what you do outside of class. Everyone is different, so talk to your instructor to find out the best situation for you. Some people start at twice a week and then mix it up from there. You have the option to add in mat classes to supplement the work you do in private sessions, and the instructors love giving homework exercises but it's up to you to do them!

I JUST FOUND OUT I'M PREGNANT. IS IT OKAY TO START PILATES?

First, talk with your doctor! We're more than happy to work with you throughout your pregnancy because Pilates is so beneficial leading up to childbirth and assisting with recovery. Just make sure you tell your instructor as modification and special considerations are necessary.

I'M VACCINATED, DO I NEED A MASK?

Masks are currently optional. We will follow all recommendations from the county, city, CDC, what have you so let's all be prepared to roll with the punches!
