HOW DO I BOOK PRIVATES, SEMI-PRIVATE, GROUP CLASSES?

Please click BOOK A CLASS above to get started. You can book group classes or schedule private and semi-private sessions.

For reformer classes, prior experience is required to ensure a safe and effective class experience. New to the studio? We recommend starting with one of our New Member options before jumping into group classes.

Please note that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.

All class and private session packages expire 3 months from purchase and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If you are waitlisted for a class, be sure you are opted in to receive Mindbody notifications. If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified via email.

We ask that you arrive on time for class. We understand that things happen, and we allow a 10-minute grace period for arrival. After that, entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.

WHERE DO I PARK? WHERE DO I GO? WHAT'S HAPPENING?

There's street parking on Colorado and Townsend. Please respect the neighbors! Entrance is on Townsend Ave.

WHAT DO I BRING?

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle and grip socks for class (grip socks are required). Boxed Water and ToeSox are available for purchase at the studio if you need them.

Taking a mat class? Don’t forget to bring your mat!

WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE ONLINE CLASSES?

Sign up through Mindbody desktop or app. Please make sure you’ve downloaded Zoom before class (it’s free!).

You’ll receive the class link in your registration confirmation email, so be sure you’re opted in to receive emails in your Mindbody profile. Just click the link when it’s time to join.

During class, participants will be muted so everyone can clearly hear the instructor. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

HOW LONG ARE SESSION?

Private Sessions 55 mins.

Semi-Privates 55 mins.

Group Classes 50 mins.

DO THE INSTRUCTORS KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH A PERSON WITH INJURIES?

All of our instructors are fully trained and experienced in working with injuries and movement limitations. We offer thoughtful modifications to help you move safely and effectively. If you’re dealing with a specific injury, we recommend starting with a private session for more personalized guidance.

WHEN IS THE STUDIO OPEN FOR PRIVATE SESSIONS?

We are an appointment-only studio, open seven days a week. Sessions are available as early as 7:00am and as late as 8:00pm on weekdays. We close a bit earlier on Fridays through Sundays, but you’re always welcome to request your preferred time, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

WHAT LEVEL ARE THE MAT CLASSES?

Our classes are all-levels, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and rest as needed. While everyone is welcome, we recommend starting with an introductory private session to learn foundational positions and verbal cues that will make group classes safer, clearer, and more effective.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear something comfortable. Most people choose a tank top or tshirt and sweats or yoga type pants. Avoid anything too draped or too short! Please bring socks, but if you forget, we have some available for purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY SESSIONS OR CLASSES AFTER PURCHASING A SERIES?

Packages of classes are good for three months from the date of purchase.

DO I ALWAYS BOOK WITH THE SAME INSTRUCTOR?

That's totally up to you. A lot of people like the different perspectives that come with learning from a variety of instructors. If you're flexible with instructors, it's more likely you'll get your desired appointment time. However, if you find one person that is a perfect fit for you, we'll do what we can to accommodate you.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN?

That depends on your goals and what you do outside of class. Everyone is different, so talk to your instructor to find out the best situation for you. Some people start at twice a week and then mix it up from there. You have the option to add in mat classes to supplement the work you do in private sessions, and the instructors love giving homework exercises but it's up to you to do them!

I JUST FOUND OUT I'M PREGNANT. IS IT OKAY TO START PILATES?

First, talk with your doctor! We're more than happy to work with you throughout your pregnancy because Pilates is so beneficial leading up to childbirth and assisting with recovery. Just make sure you tell your instructor as modification and special considerations are necessary.

I'M VACCINATED, DO I NEED A MASK?

Masks are currently optional. We will follow all recommendations from the county, city, CDC, what have you so let's all be prepared to roll with the punches!
